RideIntelX supports your decision-making. You remain solely responsible for driving, safety, legal compliance, and whether to accept or reject any opportunity. RideIntelX is not a transportation or delivery company.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access or interfere with security.
- Do not reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law.
- Do not use unauthorized bots, scrapers, or automated access methods.
- Do not use the service in a way that harms RideIntelX, users, or third parties.
Intellectual Property
RideIntelX branding, software, design, text, graphics, and other protected materials remain the property of RideIntelX or its licensors, subject to applicable law.
Disclaimers
RideIntelX is provided “as is” and “as available.” Data, scores, maps, recommendations, and other outputs may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. No earnings, opportunity, availability, or performance result is guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RideIntelX and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when required to protect the service, users, or third parties, or when these Terms are materially violated.
